1. What are your store hours?
a. We are open weekdays from 8-5; Saturdays 8-1; and after hours by chance or appointment only.
2. How long will repairs take?
a. Currently, repairs are taking at least 5-7 business days to complete.
3. How can I contact you?
a. Please call or email us using the contact information listed below. Email allows us to respond more efficiently to your requests - please include the name, year, and model number of your unit in your questions or parts requests.
4. When is payment due and what types of payments do you accept?
a. Payment is due at time of service. For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, or credit cards.
5. Do you do warranty work?
a. Yes, we do warranty work for Cub Cadet, Massey Ferguson, Husqvarna, and some other small equipment companies.
6. What items are NOT covered by warranties?
a. Items that are considered "normal wear" are NOT covered by warranty - even extended warranties you may have purchased. These items include, but are not limited to, belts, blades, batteries, and tune ups.
